Hey adventurers!
You ever look around and think: “What the hell am I doing?” “Why am I the only one who doesn’t have it together?” “Did I miss the day everyone else figured this out?”
Fun Fact: You’re not lost. You’re just off-map.
This one’s inspired by a client who came in feeling invisible...like she was stuck in someone else’s life. Just going through the motions. Performing a version of herself that made other people comfortable.
One session in she was done performing...and ready to move.
“Thanks to Autumn, I’m finding more joy, more clarity, and more courage to move forward.”
THAT is what this work is.
It’s not about finding your way back to a path that never fit. It’s about making your own damn map. And deciding what kind of main character you want to be from here on out.
You left the well-marked trail...because it was leading nowhere. Now you’re off-map. Woohoo!!! That’s where the good stuff starts.
Your Chaotic Good Challenge: This week, commit to one moment where you stop looking for the old path.
Notice when you're reaching for the familiar...and choose curiosity instead.
Maybe it’s saying yes when your whole body’s a no. Maybe it’s putting on your “together” voice when you’re anything but.
Ask yourself: What would the version of me I’m becoming do next? Then do it. Even if it's awkward. Especially if it is.
No need to reroute. You’re exactly where new paths begin. Let’s chart a new one that doesn’t require you to disappear.
